All purchases are covered by our 14-day returns policy. If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the description, or the wrong product was delivered, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.

How It Works

Submit Request

Our team reviews your request and sends approval with return instructions.

Ship Item Back

Drop off at any Posta Kenya branch or use our arranged courier.

Refund / Exchange (3–5 days)

Refund to M-Pesa or card within 3–5 working days after receipt.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached
  • Return window is 14 days from delivery — no exceptions
  • Customised or Final Sale items are not eligible for return
  • Refunds to M-Pesa take 3–5 business days; card refunds 5–10 days
